Shared Birthday

From the NYT, it looks like there is a new Capricorn sharing my birthday (January 9th), Supernova 2008D.  Apparently its the first supernova that has been caught at birth.

I plan on combining our birthday next year.  I would like some carrot cupcakes and 2008D would like several trillion tons of interstellar gas.
