Holy Hell!
There is a Stanford "tradition" in which you have to eat a 21x21 on your 21st birthday. However, I don't know if anyone has done it successfully, I have seen it ordered though. This guy's belief in novelty springs only from going to In-N-Outs not near colleges, I suspect.
